ओटीपी आधारीत रिसेट पासवर्ड सुविधा
अधिकारीकर्मचारी यांचे एप्लॉई कॉर्नरचे/पासवर्ड रिसेट करण्यासाठी यापूर्वीच सेवार्थ प्रणालीमध्ये आहरण व संवितरण अधिकाऱ्याच्या लॉगीनमध्ये सुविधा उपलब्ध करण्यात आलेली आहे आता सेवार्थ प्रणालीमध्ये ओटीपी आधारितForgot Password ही सुविधा नव्याने विकसित करण्यात आलेली आहे .
ही सुविधा फक्त एम्प्लॉई कॉर्नर वापरकर्त्यांना लागू आहेकर्मचाऱ्यांना सेवार्थ / त्या अधिकारी प्रणालीत सहाय्यक लॉगिन, डीडीओ लॉगिन किंवा प्रणालीमध्ये इतर कोणत्याही भूमिकांसह मॅप केले गेले आहेत, तर अशा वापरकर्त्यांसाठी ही OTP आधारित Forgot Password सुविधा लागू होणार नाहीत्यांच्यासाठी पासवर्डरिसेट करण्याची सध्याची पद्धतच लागू राहील.
पासवर्ड रिसेट करण्यासाठी खालीलप्रमाणे कार्यवाही करावी लागेल जर मोबाईल नंबर अपडेट किंवा पडताळलेला नसेल तर कृपया मोबाईल नंबर अपडेट आणि पडताळणी करण्यासाठी खालील प्रमाणे मार्गक्रमण करावे.

1. Introduction
Reset password utility is provided to employees through OTP received on the mobile no saved in the system.
2. Objectives:
Currently in payroll module utility for resetting password is already available at DDO login. But in some circumstances, it is difficult for employee corner user to visit at DDO office especially in case of Home Department and raise a request every time about forgot password and it is also often hectic tasks for the DDO office to handle such kind of cases. Hence the OTP based forgot password will help to reset password and authenticate user by OTP (One Time Password). OTP based forgot password will prevent some forms of identity theft by making sure that the captured username/password pair cannot be used second time. Also, it is no longer valid and can only be used once on the platform of security and provide protection by making more challenging to access unauthorized information or accounts.
3. Getting Started
This facility is only applicable to the Employee corner users. Asst login, DDO login, or any Role Assigned users in the system will not be applicable for this Facility. For them the current procedure of Reset password will be applicable.
4. Reset password
4.1. If mobile number is not updated or verified.
Pleasefollowthe belowstepsforupdatingand verifying mobilenumber.
In the Login dialog box enter the username and password andclickon Submitbutton as below:

Once password has reset then use default password as ifms123 and login into the system, system will display below screen:
